Rule 2
Amendment of Rule 2 of the Local Bodies (Financial Administration) Rules, 2056

Rule 2 of the Local Bodies (Financial Administration) Rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Principal Rules”),–
(1) The words "or not" in clause (d) have been deleted (2) In place of clauses (e), (f) and (g), the following clauses (e), (f) and (g) are substituted:- “(e) “tender” means the purchase of goods by a local body; When doing public construction work or repairing it or taking any service or raising internal revenue of a local body, the proposal submitted by the interested person, firm, company or organization in the format prescribed by that body should be remembered and submitted with a lacquer seal.
